All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are created exclusively according to the customer’s specifications.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore:
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
They are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind.
By placing a custom order, the customer:
Confirms all specifications (size, spelling, design, personalization details).
Acknowledges that production begins specifically for them.
Expressly agrees that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
This clause does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs depend on:
Destination country
Package weight
Shipping method
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.
5. Taxes, Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments outside the European Union, additional charges may apply, including:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Local VAT
Brokerage fees
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any potential refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier services
Customs procedures
Force majeure events
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, risk transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly. We will assist where reasonably possible.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Photographic evidence
We will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rock & Bloomy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable Spanish or EU law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence may also apply.
