At Rock & Bloomy, we offer both custom-made products and ready-made handmade items. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
1. Production & Processing Time
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Personalized and custom-made items are created specifically after your order is confirmed.
Production time may vary depending on the product and workload.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Ready-Made Handmade Products
Ready-made products are already created prior to purchase.
These items are generally processed for shipment within a few business days after order confirmation.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Europe.
For shipping outside Europe, customers must contact us before placing an order. Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Destination country
Package weight and size
Shipping method selected
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the carrier and destination country.
Rock & Bloomy is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier services
Customs procedures
Force majeure events
Peak seasonal demand
Production time (if applicable) must be added to delivery time.
5. Risk Transfer
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly. We will assist where reasonably possible.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For shipments outside the European Union, additional charges such as:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Local VAT
Brokerage fees
may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Rock & Bloomy is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
