1. No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
All items sold on this website are made to the customer’s specifications and are clearly personalized.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Products are not eligible for return due to change of mind.
Refunds are not granted for personal preference, sizing choice, spelling confirmed by the customer, or subjective dissatisfaction.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.
2. Order Accuracy Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for verifying:

Sizes
Design choices
Personalization details
Shipping address
Rock & Bloomy is not responsible for errors approved by the customer at the time of order.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
This policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer protection law.
If you receive a product that is:
Defective
Damaged during transport
Incorrect compared to the confirmed order
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
